Security: For the security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located at the entrances and monitor the property perimeter.

Noise Monitoring: To ensure neighborhood peace, the property is equipped with a noise decibel monitoring device. This device does not record audio or conversations; it only measures sound levels to prevent parties.

Seasonal Amenities: The cottage is equipped with central air conditioning for your comfort during warmer months.

Lake Ice Safety: The lake freezes in winter; however, ice thickness varies throughout the season. Guests who choose to walk, skate, or engage in any activity on the ice do so at their own risk. The hosts cannot guarantee ice safety and are not responsible for any incidents related to ice conditions. Guests must use their own caution and judgment at all times.
