Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and deck/hot tub access. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, board games, and card games. Laundry area located on the lower level with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - There are 2 decks to enjoy the views of the ski slopes as well has Big Bear Lake. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from the lower deck while enjoying the private hot tub. Upper deck with patio table with chairs and umbrella.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 9 guests (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
