The house was absolutely stunning inside and out. The view of the ocean was amazing. Spotted even whales from the living room! Had every amenity you could need and was a close walk/drive to anything you could want in the area. Highly recommend!

House was welcoming and they had just the right about of thing in kitchen and bathroom to make us feel comfortable. Beds were so comfortable that I have been able to sleep as good since I got home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in a perfect location. Everything was spotless, beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The location of this property and the view of the ocean are definitely a treat! The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for my family of 4. There was an abundance of bath linens, and I appreciated that. We were also able to do daily laundry with the stackable washer. We enjoyed walking to the Aquarium, lunch at Il Veccio, Crema, and ice cream at Collette's.The 1 complaint we had is that the house is definitely very cat friendly, and this was not noted anywhere. I am highly allergic, and this would've been helpful to know, as we would've chosen another property. The smell was very offensive upon arrival even with the windows open. Air purifiers might go a long way. I reached out on 2 different occasions with questions to get help with grocery service and an excursion, and I never heard back on either. I also emailed and texted another time about an issue with the hot water, and it took over 6 hrs to get a response.

We do occasionally accommodate guests traveling with dogs, and the home is thoroughly cleaned between stays. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review the cleaning products and any fragrances used in the home. As to the communication challenges with our Guest Services Team, we would like to offer our sincere apologies. Our general manager is aware of your concerns and is looking into this matter personally. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future!

My husband and I stayed here with our two children (19 and 17) and our dog. We frequently stay in the PG area and this house is probably in the top three most lovely houses we’ve ever stayed in. It’s spacious, clean, and retains the charming mystery of an old house while still having modern amenities. The view to the ocean is fantastic but the trees across the street (for me) were the true star. There are binoculars for you to use to watch the deer each morning/evening and it’s lovely to wake up to the sound of the ocean. We will certainly stay here again! Our Honda CRV was able to fit in the garage (the door is low, as stated) but no issues there. The yard was secure for our dog, however we did push the BBQ in front of the side gate, just in case he got any ideas about trying to crawl under it, as it does not come all the way to the ground. Some strategic shades in the living area would be helpful, although we got used to it; the living area is above the street level, but the windows are large and visible from a distance. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cooling rack for cookies and a very flat spatula for flipping pancakes. :) Easy fixes, as the kitchen is large, open, bright, and welcoming. What a great trip and I recommend you book this home!
