This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. The community has 30 day minimum number of days per lease

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease by association rules, no exceptions!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, garage, and all community amenities. The heated pool, spa, and grilling area are managed by the homeowners association and located within a short walk of the home.
