The Space:

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is complete with a plush queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and an ensuite. It is also equipped with its very own air conditioning unit.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two single beds, ceiling fan and wardrobe ideal for kids or friends.



Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with two toilets, the ensuite which includes a shower and the main bathroom with combination shower/bath with jets.



Kitchen: Fully equipped with quality appliances and everything you need for a home-cooked meal.



Living Area: The living room is light-filled and tastefully designed with a comfortable sofa and smart TV, it also opens up to a riverfront balcony.



Private Rooftop Terrace: Exclusive access to your own outdoor haven with seating, sun lounges, and stunning river vistas.

The apartment features one air-conditioning unit located in the master bedroom, which can cool the entire space when doors are left open. Thanks to its elevated position and riverside location, you’ll also enjoy beautiful natural breezes flowing through the apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests have full use of the apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift), private rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor, and shared swimming pool. There’s also a secure underground garage (suitable for a small vehicle) for your convenience.

Perfectly positioned near the heart of Mooloolaba, you’re just minutes from pristine beaches, waterfront cafes, boutique shops, and coastal walking tracks. Enjoy a morning swim, explore the local dining scene, or spend your evenings watching the sunset over the river.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from Mooloolaba Esplanade, where you’ll find beaches, cafes, and shops all within easy walking distance. For exploring further afield, local bus stops and taxi/ride-share services are close by, making it simple to reach nearby attractions like Alexandra Headland, Maroochydore, and the Sunshine Plaza. If you’re driving, the unit includes a secure underground car space (best suited to a small vehicle), and there’s additional street parking nearby. Everything you need for a relaxed, car-free coastal escape is right at your doorstep.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
