The Showboat building boasts a prime location right on the beach and boardwalk, with top attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk itself just steps away! You’ll also find the brand-new 85,000 sq. ft. Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs, featuring arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Additional attractions within walking distance or nearby include:

- Absecon Lighthouse

- Atlantic City Aquarium

- Marine Mammal Stranding Center

- Renaissance Plaza

- Brigantine Town Center



Getting Around:

The Showboat building sits in a prime spot right on the beach and boardwalk. With taxis and rideshares available around the clock, getting around is easy. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk are just steps from your door!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

1. 22 years old for out of town guests

2. 25 years old for local guests



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
