The dining table invites shared conversation or quiet morning coffees. Step outdoors to a private backyard, laying out in the sun or soaking up the fresh air, or soaking up the fresh air.

Upstairs, you’ll find two restful bedrooms and a large family bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub for relaxed evenings. The first bedroom includes a queen bed and split-system climate control, while the second offers a comfortable double bed. Both rooms feature built-in robes, providing ample storage and a clean, uncluttered feel.

A separate laundry and downstairs toilet add practicality. Secure undercover parking behind a roller door provides peace of mind and convenience, with street parking subject to availability.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
