Light-filled interiors and relaxed coastal tones create an easygoing base just moments from the shoreline. The living area invites you to settle in after a day at the beach, with a comfortable chaise lounge positioned around the Smart TV for relaxed evenings indoors. Ceiling fans and split-system air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.

The kitchen and dining area make everyday meals simple. Stainless steel appliances, generous bench space, and essential cookware allow you to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home. A breakfast bar offers ample space for morning coffee or for everyone to come together for meals. A small children`s table nearby gives younger guests their own spot to eat, draw, or play.

Sliding doors lead outside to the fully enclosed courtyard, where fresh coastal air encourages time outdoors. The covered patio offers a small coffee table and chairs for morning cuppas or relaxed evening chats, while the synthetic grass provides an easy space for kids to play.

Three bedrooms sleep six guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, bedside lighting, built-in robe, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ceiling fan, while the third bedroom includes two single beds suited to children. A central bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity keeps mornings simple, and the nearby laundry includes a washing machine, sink, and drying rack for longer stays.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the under-cover double carport. Street parking may be available for additional vehicles.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Our home is located in West Beach, conveniently located near Adelaide Airport. As a result, you may hear some sound from plane activity. Adelaide Airport has a curfew from 11pm-7am.

There are two larger dogs owned by our neighbours who may bark throughout your stay.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
