Casa Naranja | Off-grid Hideaway Agnes Water 1770
Casa Naranja is a unique off-grid cabin 15 min from Agnes Water & 1770. Perfect for couples, friends or solo-travelers looking for a relaxing place to sleep. Like an hotel room in the bush!
Eco-conscious and fully self-sustained with solar power and rainwater, it offers a chemical-free natural pool for a refreshing dip, stargazing by the fire, and mornings with birds & kangaroos.
It’s the perfect hideaway to unplug, recharge, and reconnect with nature in total comfort.
Casa Naranja offers a unique off-grid stay surrounded by nature, designed as a comfortable hotel-style room in the bush. Please note that there are no full kitchen facilities on-site.
Guests are welcome to bring their own cooking gear if they wish, or simply head into town to enjoy the local cafés and restaurants.
The cabin is equipped with:
- A mini fridge for your essentials
- A wide selection of teas and coffee for you to enjoy
- An outdoor mini gas burner and kettle to boil water for your tea or coffee
This setup allows you to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway while keeping things simple and convenient.
The bathroom is on a separate building next door. There is an out-door shower with hot water and a compost toilet. You can also use the fire pit and fire provided wood for you to get lost with the stars.
Casa Naranja is located in our 45 acres plot surrounded by the great Australian bush. We are a family of 5 who live in the mud-brick house of the rural property. We are calm and grounded. We grow our organic veggies, look after our happy chickens and protect our abundant land.
The natural swimming pond is shared. Our family and our guests from the Casas are welcome to enjoy the organic water and all the beautiful garden.
The cabin and bathroom is all for your private use.
You are welcome to roam around our property, take a walk to the dam to watch the birds and enjoy the fresh water of the natural swimming pond.
We live on the same property, feel free to reach out if you need anything.
Welcome to Off-Grid Living! Where everything runs in harmony with nature.
☀️ Power: Your energy comes from the sun—there’s enough for normal use, but please be mindful—switch off lights and devices when not needed to keep things running smoothly.
💧 Water: Collected from rain and returned to the land, nourishing the plants around you. Conscious use help us care for this resource.
🌿 Compost Toilet: Your organic waste turns into healthy soil, closing the loop naturally.
Thank you for helping us care for this beautiful land during your stay!
