The living area and outdoor dining is located on the 1st floor, and the master suite on the 2nd floor for ultimate privacy.

The property boasts two heat pumps for year round coziness, a fully equipped kitchen and luxurious plush bedding, a spacious sunny deck which is perfect for barbecues and relaxing, and two private off-street parking spaces for added convenience.

A quick 3 minute walk brings you to Farro supermarket, trendy cafes, and a wellness centre on the way to charming West Lynn Village. Stroll 10 minutes to Ponsonby’s buzzing fashion and restaurant hub, alive with chic boutiques and top tier dining.

Guests have full exclusive use of the property, with the exception of the garage.
