Escape to relaxed, sun-soaked living at Sunkissed Manor — a spacious, two-level coastal home in beautiful Jervis Bay, just a 3-minute stroll to Callala Beach. Flooded with natural light, the house is designed for large groups: airy living zones flow effortlessly to a covered alfresco dining area and a sheltered pool deck, so mornings, lunches and long afternoons round the barbecue feel completely seamless.
The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with generous bench space and modern appliances that make feeding a crowd simple, while the adjacent dining area seats twelve for shared meals. Multiple living spaces give everyone room to relax — two comfortable lounges plus a dedicated cinema room mean movie nights and quiet corners are both easily accommodated. Sliding glass doors open to the inground pool and lush backyard, creating excellent indoor–outdoor flow for kids to splash and grownups to unwind.
Practical comforts are thoughtful and plentiful: ducted air-conditioning throughout, three well-appointed bathrooms (including a corner bath downstairs), laundry facilities and off-street parking with room for several vehicles. Sleeping up to twelve guests across six bedrooms, Sunkissed Manor is ideal for extended families and groups who want pool time and easy beach access in Jervis Bay.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. It’s also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.
Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
