Escape to the sand at Shelley's — a lovingly kept, pet-friendly beach house in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a few short steps to your own beach track down to Culburra Beach. Sunny, relaxed living zones, leafy decks and an enclosed yard make this an ideal spot for easy beach days, family fun and long afternoons on the deck with a BBQ.
Upstairs offers a bright, central kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and a handy revolving pantry, flowing into a cosy lounge and dining area that open to the covered deck with glimpses of the beach. Downstairs provides extra space to spread out: a family room with a corner lounge, flat-screen TV, DVD player and a Wii game console, plus a garage games haven stocked with table tennis, boogie boards, fishing gear and other beach toys. Practical extras include a laundry with washing machine and dryer, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and plenty of off-street parking (room for cars and boats).
The layout suits families and groups — three bedrooms (two queens plus bunks) and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Pets are welcome, and the fully fenced yard is perfect for dogs to enjoy some safe outdoor space.
Linen is not provided. This property is Bring your own Linen.
Important Information:
- From mid-October, linen and towels will be supplied at all properties at no additional charge. If you previously arranged linen hire for a BYO property, you will no longer need to — it is now included in your booking.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear, front garden is unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
