The gourmet kitchen (plenty of bench space and quality appliances) is the heart of the home and makes cooking for a crowd easy. Living areas spill into a covered alfresco entertaining space with room for dining and barbecues, while a separate media lounge and a third living space / kidsâ rumpus provide flexible zones for relaxing and play â there are family-friendly touches like toys, books and comfortable seating including a large leather sectional. Outside youâll find a warm outdoor shower and a large Vuly swing set with cubby and multiple swings for the kids.
Practical comforts are everywhere: reverse-cycle air conditioning across multiple zones, a generous laundry with washer and dryer, balcony access from the main bedroom, and secure off-street parking with space for up to 4 cars or a boat. Multiple smart TVs, thoughtful seating areas and flexible living spaces make this property perfect for multi-generational groups and big family getaways. Linen is supplied. Approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney, this home is designed for easy beach escapes and relaxed coastal weekends.

- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.
Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
