The sleek kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances—including a gas cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine—makes home-style meals effortless. A breakfast bar with timber stools offers the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or keep the cook company while dinner sizzles. Share meals around the long timber dining table indoors, or step onto the main balcony where an eight-seater setting and BBQ create a breezy space for alfresco dining in the sea air.

Each of the three bedrooms has been styled for relaxation. The primary suite opens onto a second balcony—perfect for a morning stretch—and includes a private ensuite. The second bedroom offers a soft coastal palette and garden views, while the third, fitted with twin bunks, is ideal for younger guests or friends sharing the space. The remaining rooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, while a convenient half bath is located on the lower level. A full laundry with a washer and dryer makes longer stays effortless.

Enjoy year-round comfort with split-system air conditioning, onsite parking, and a fully fenced backyard ideal for children to play. Please note that guests have access to the entire property, except the walk-in robe in the upstairs primary bedroom.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
