If you’re traveling with family, friends, or colleagues and need plenty of space in a fantastic location, this five-bedroom stay is a great pick. Our place is all about space, location, and convenience.
Set in an older building with a unique layout (it used to be a florist shop!), so expect a home with a bit of personality and history.
If you need a large, functional home base close to the Brisbane River and CBD, this might be the perfect fit.
✨ Room for Everyone – With five bedrooms (4 queen beds + 1 double bed), there’s plenty of space for groups to spread out and relax. All rooms are air conditioned! We have 2 bathrooms - 1 newly renovated & 1 original
✨ A Home with Character – Originally a florist shop, this space has been transformed into a five-bedroom residence. The layout is unique, so expect a home with a bit of personality and history.

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)
Our building has one extra room & one bathroom downstairs on the garage level This additional space in the basement that can be arranged for extra flexibility—just let us know!

The kitchen is on the smaller side. It’s got everything you need for simple meals, but if you’re planning to cook up a feast, you might need to get creative with space.
