The Space:

We’re so glad you’re considering a stay at our apartment in the iconic Jewel Residences, right on the beachfront of Surfers Paradise! Please note: keys are collected from a local convenience store about a 8-minute walk or 1-minute drive from the building. The store closes at 9PM from Sunday to Thursday and 10PM on Friday and Saturdays, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

Guest Access:

You will have the entire property to yourself.



Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.



Free parking on site is straightforward to access with your guest fob. The carpark entrance has a 2m height clearance.



Your key pickup location and details will be provided before your arrival. But it’s easily accessible and close by, at the Pit Stop Friendly Grocer News & Supermarkets.

All bookings include one secure basement car park. If you’re arriving with more than one vehicle, there are nearby public parking lots available.



From Gold Coast Airport

By car/Uber: Around 35 minutes’ drive. Uber typically costs $50–$60.



By public transport:

1. Take the 777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station.

2. Transfer to the G:link tram heading north.

3. Hop off at Northcliffe Station.

4. Walk about 1 minute to the convenience store

5. Walk another 8 mins to the building
