Here, you’re not just in the city — you’re above it, beyond it, floating somewhere between elegance and airspace.

⚠️🏢Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 and 7m of the Queen’s Wharf Residences, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas.
Please note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change due to maintenance, cleaning schedules, or private events.
While we do our best to ensure your stay includes full access, we can’t guarantee that all facilities will be available during your stay — though they usually are.
👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding
🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out
🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.

Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If we were not able to secure a hotel guest rate space for you or you have not informed us at the time of booking to secure a carpark space. The Star Casino car park is a nearby option with the following rates:
• 30 mins – 1 hr: $30
• 1 – 2 hrs: $40
• 2 – 3 hrs: $50
• 3 – 4 hrs: $60
• 4 – 5 hrs: $70
• 5+ hrs / Daily max: $80 (resets at 6:00 am)
Membership Perks at The Star Casino:
• Gold, Platinum & Diamond: Free parking + priority spots on Level 1M.
• Bronze & Silver: Earn free parking with 5 Tier Points per visit.
