2 bedrooms: Each with a King bed, built-in wardrobes, and soft linens

1 bathroom: Contemporary design with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, and essentials for self-catering

Living & dining: Open-plan space with a cozy lounge, Smart TV, and a dining table for four

Balcony: A quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee with golf course glimpses and fresh alpine air

Laundry: In-unit washer/dryer for guest use



Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (can not be split)

Bedroom 2: 1 King Sized Bed (can be split into 2 Single Sized Beds)

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Just steps away, you’ll find a fantastic BMX pump track and a walking trail leading directly to the Jack’s Point Golf Course. The golf clubhouse is only a 2-minute walk away and offers great food, wine, and coffee. For another nearby dining option, The Farm House pub is about a 20-30 minute walk and serves meals, coffee, and alcoholic beverages.

Please note: There is on-going construction in the area due to the constantly growing neighbourhood, this should not affect your stay as the construction will not take place outside of work hours.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment, including the balcony, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and laundry. Self check-in is available via lockbox. One dedicated off-street parking space is included.

The neighborhood is known for its striking views, architectural style, and easy access to both Queenstown and The Remarkables

We recommend having a car to explore the area with ease. From the apartment, it's approximately:

5 minutes to The Remarkables ski field access road

8 minutes to Queenstown Airport

10 minutes to Frankton shopping and restaurants

20 minutes to Queenstown town centre
