Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this two-level townhouse sits within a well-kept complex—offering a peaceful, thoughtfully styled retreat. The main living area is a screen-free space designed for connection, with leather sofas and a sculptural wall piece that adds artistic flair. Upstairs, a second lounge offers a more laid-back setting for movie nights. Stretch out on the sofa and stream your favourite series on the smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The sleek kitchen is well-equipped with a smart fridge, ovens, dishwasher, and electric cooktop. The island bench with a double sink makes meal prep a breeze, while a separate butler’s pantry supports your daily rituals—stocked with a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and mugs. Meals can be enjoyed in the stylish dining area for four. A nearby half bathroom adds extra practicality.

The kitchen opens to a partially covered courtyard, where a gas Weber BBQ and generous timber deck create a relaxed outdoor zone to gather, cook, and enjoy the fresh air. A cushioned daybed invites you to slow down—perfect for a quiet read or an afternoon nap.

Upstairs, both bedrooms offer a calming escape with queen beds, soft styling, and a restful ambience. The primary suite includes a large walk-in robe and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower and floating vanity. A main bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and separate toilet offers added flexibility. Both bathrooms are stocked with thoughtfully selected, refillable toiletries—supporting a more sustainable and comfortable stay.

Stay comfortable year-round with split-system air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and the downstairs living area, plus ceiling fans for added airflow. Parking is available for one vehicle in the private, remote-access garage, which also houses a laundry nook with a washer. Entry is through the garage. Please note that one room remains locked and is not accessible during your stay.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves, with the exception of the third bedroom, which will remain locked and is not accessible to guests. Please make yourselves at home!

Golfers are just seven minutes from Parkwood Village Golf Club. Surfers Paradise is 12 minutes away, while Sea World is a 13-minute drive for marine shows, rides, and family fun.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We have provided enough amenities for your comfort on arrival. For extended stays, it is best to stock up with extra provisions.

Long-term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $150 as we are required to deep clean after such stays.

Check-in is strictly until 12:00 midnight. No check-ins are allowed after this time. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please be mindful of noise and observe quiet hours.
