Villa 412 is ideally located within the iconic Mirage Resort grounds. Backing onto the 4th Fairway of the golf course, it’s positioned on the south side of the resort, only a short stroll to the famous Four Mile Beach and close to town. It’s surrounded by tropical landscaping and provides easy access to a private, shared villa pool, just meters from the front door for guests to enjoy.
Renovated throughout, this 3-bedroom ‘hybrid’ has a unique layout. Offering two generous sized bedrooms upstairs, it boasts an extended private balcony across both bedrooms. The master ensuite has two-way access and is fitted with a walk-in shower, extra-large bathtub and double vanity. The 3rd bedroom, located on the ground floor, has built in robes and a private courtyard. All bedrooms are carpeted. The main bathroom offers two-way access, also serving as an ensuite to the 3rd bedroom and laundry facilities are built in for added convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen with extended stone bench tops has been fitted with top of the range appliances and is a chef’s delight. The villa is tiled throughout and being split level, the living and outdoor entertainment space is accessed via a few steps down from the dining room.
Fully air conditioned and freshly painted, its high vaulted ceilings invite light into the open plan living space and stylish furnishings complete this luxury condominium beautifully.
