We’d just like to add a little clarification for future guests, as we work hard to provide as much information as possible so everyone can decide whether our home is the right fit for their stay. The suite accommodates up to seven guests, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a double/single bunk in the bunk room, and two foldable sleeper chairs with bedding in the game room. The listing includes both detailed descriptions and photos of these spaces, so guests can see exactly how the sleeping arrangements are set up before booking. We completely understand that different groups have different preferences, and some may prefer three separate traditional beds. Our flexible sleeping arrangements are particularly suited to families and groups who are comfortable with the configuration shown in the listing. The location is also openly provided in the listing. Guests have access to the property map, written description and can ask questions before booking. The listing describes Westwood Lake as a scenic 15–20 minute walk through the trails, there is no suggesting that the home is directly on the lake. The unfenced yard is also clearly noted, along with our request that children be supervised. These details are not hidden in fine print. They are part of the main listing information and are also included in the rental agreement provided to guests before their stay, that all guests agree upon to prevent this type of confusion. We’re sorry that the home wasn’t the ideal fit for your group. Every group has different needs and preferences, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to host guests who enjoy what our home has to offer.
