Welham is set in one of the most peaceful areas of Binalong Bay. Where bush meets ocean. This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home sleeps up to 8 and offers a seamless blend of warmth, space, and serenity. Unwind on the huge alfresco deck area, by the woodfire in the living room, or spoil yourself soaking in the stone bath, with a drink in hand, and savour the stillness.

THE SPACE:
There are 4 bedrooms. The Master features a King Bed, lots of wardrobe space, TV, heating and ceiling fan, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. A freestanding stone bath with views out through the trees to the water in Skeleton Bay, the start of the Bay of Fires. Underfloor heating, skylight, and remote-controlled blinds.

The second bedroom is also a King. The third bedroom features a queen bed. Both these bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom on the same level, which also has a bath. On this level is a small sitting room, and a private balcony.
The fourth bedroom is in the spacious lift and features two king single beds. Child safety gates are fitted for smaller children.
There are two living areas, so plenty of choices for relaxing with a book. The main living area adjoins the dining/kitchen has woodfired heating. You will be kept cosy throughout the house with the hydronic gas heating system. There is a powder room close to both these living rooms.

Outdoors you will find another entertaining area, with a chiminea, and adjacent to a strip of bush which is home to lots of wildlife. You can even grab a fresh lemon off the tree!
