Welham is set in one of the most peaceful areas of Binalong Bay. Where bush meets ocean. This beautiful spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home sleeps up to 6 and offers a seamless blend of warmth, space, and serenity. Unwind on the huge alfresco deck area, by the woodfire in the living room, or spoil yourself soaking in the stone bath, with a drink in hand, and savour the stillness.

THE SPACE:
There are 3 bedrooms. The Master features a King Bed, lots of wardrobe space, TV, heating and ceiling fan, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. A freestanding stone bath with views out through the trees to the water in Skeleton Bay, the start of the Bay of Fires. Underfloor heating, skylight, and remote-controlled blinds.

The second bedroom is also a King. The third bedroom features a queen bed. Both these bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom on the same level, which also has a bath. On this level is a small sitting room, and a private balcony.

There are two living areas, so plenty of choices for relaxing with a book. The main living area adjoins the dining/kitchen has woodfired heating. You will be kept cosy throughout the house with the hydronic gas heating system. There is a powder room close to both these living rooms.

Outdoors you will find another entertaining area, with a chiminea, and adjacent to a strip of bush which is home to lots of wildlife. You can even grab a fresh lemon off the tree!
