Welcome to "Sun Treader"! This three bedroom, two bathroom old style Florida Cottage is a 1st Tier home located in the gated community of the Plantation. This home has access to the Plantation amenities including two community pools, fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball court, bike paths, and nature trails. "Sun Treader" is surrounded by vegetation giving you a sense of privacy and seclusion. This charming home features an open concept living, dining and kitchen. The living area features comfortable seating and TV. The dining area has a glass table that seats six with an additional four seats found at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with white appliances and well stocked with whatever you might need during your stay. The first bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and direct access to one of the screened in side decks. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV. A neighboring bathroom includes a standard shower/tub combo. The master suite is located off of the living area. It includes a king bed, direct access to the second screened in deck, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second floor of the home is a second living area that includes a pool table, sleeper sofa, TV and peak-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico.
