Sleeping 13 guests, with 6 comfy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for the whole crew, family, friends, and even the dog. Enjoy morning coffees on the balcony, spend sunny afternoons splashing at the beach, and wind down in the evenings with shared meals and chilled-out moments in one of two spacious living areas.
The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate Sunshine Coast seaside escape, where comfort, space, and convenience meet relaxed coastal living. Perfect for groups of up to 13, this charming two-level home is designed with family and friends in mind.
Upstairs, the heart of the home features a bright, open-plan layout with high ceilings, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area for 8, and two comfy lounges with smart TVs, ideal for gathering and unwinding. The kitchen offers generous bench space and everything you need to prepare meals, with a fridge, electric stovetop, oven, coffee machine, microwave. Step outside to the deck, complete with a cosy outdoor lounge setting and BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining. This level also includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please note: the home has one air-conditioning unit in the main bedroom and ceiling fans upstairs. There is no AC or ceiling fans downstairs.
Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming second living area with a sofa, smart TV, and a handy compact kitchen equipped with a fridge, portable electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a washer/dryer combo. Glass sliding doors open to the backyard with a grassy play area, basketball hoop, and plenty of space for the kids (and dog!) to enjoy. This level also includes three more bedrooms (Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6).

Just 500m away you’ll find Moffat Beach’s lively main street with its restaurants, cafes, and playground, while Shelly Beach and endless coastal walking tracks are only 400m from your door. There’s really no need to drive! If you’d like a patrolled beach, Kings Beach is only a 3-minute drive away, perfect for a beach walk, swim, or paddle board, with the bonus of a surf club, cafes, a playground, and even a beach pool.

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 200m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations.
