Please respect our neighbors — parties are strictly prohibited. Keep music and voices at a reasonable volume, especially in the evenings.

A Roku device will be available starting November 2025. Until then, please bring your own Fire Stick, Roku, or laptop with HDMI cable.

*WATER*
Tap water in the Dominican Republic is not drinkable, but it is safe for showering, washing dishes, and general use. Bottled water is always recommended for drinking.

*ENERGY CONSUMPTION*
Electricity in Punta Cana is billed separately in most rentals.
