Enter into 42 Lillys to the main open plan living/dining area. High ceilings and old vintage floorboards , decorated tastefully for your comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a European laundry with a washer and dryer hidden behind the kitchen cabinetry.
Upstair above the landing there is a massive main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Queen bed , dresser and another sofa .
The air conditioning unit is located upstair for your comfort both in winter and Summer. There is a ceiling fan down below so with both going it provides a very comfortable climate.
Bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and vanity.
Please note there are stairs and the bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor.
THIRD PERSON BOOKING WILL BE USING THE SOFA BED IN THE LIVING AREA
This apartment is located in the centre of Fremantle so you will hear noise from cars, pedestrians and Local council goings on, especially on weekends. Weeknights are quieter.
