There’s a certain kind of magic here. Where the backyard opens into Walnut Creek Greenbelt, the deck invites slow mornings, and even Fido can tag along for that dreamy Barr Mansion wedding just 5 minutes away. Whether you`re rallying for a match at Q2 Stadium, sipping your way through The Domain, or reminiscing over tacos near UT, you`re never far from action. But first, the fire pit’s crackling, the swings are swaying, and the trees are calling. Follow the breeze. It already saved you a seat.

Living and Gathering: The living room sits at the heart of the home, with wide windows that frame the trees just beyond the deck. There’s a sectional sofa, two armchairs, and a mounted smart TV with access to popular streaming apps. A glass door connects the space directly to the back deck. Just off the living area is the front entryway, which opens into both the dining space and kitchen.



Kitchen and Dining: The dining area sits near the front of the home and includes a rectangular table with seating for eight. It’s located directly across from Bedroom 1 and connects easily to the kitchen and living area.



The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living room via a breakfast bar with three stools. It includes a full-size fridge with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. There’s also a glass-top electric range with a stainless-steel vent hood, a double-basin sink beneath a window, and ample cabinetry for pantry items. Open shelving holds glassware and essentials.



Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements



Bedroom 1 (Front Left): Located just off the dining area, this room features a queen bed and a simple layout with direct access to the main living space. Sliding doors with curtains provide privacy. A desk and task chair sit by the window, offering a workspace that overlooks the driveway.

Bedroom 2: This room includes a queen bed and is located just off the hallway near the shared full bath. A large window lets in natural light. It also has a dresser and open closet space with hangers.

Bedroom 3: Located at the front right corner of the house (rightmost room when facing the porch). It features a king bed, nightstands with lamps, and a full-length mirror. The window brings in plenty of daylight and offers a view of the front yard. A walk-in closet provides space to unpack and store clothing or luggage, making it convenient for longer stays.

Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom is tucked away in the back right corner of the home, offering extra privacy and quiet. It features a king bed, generous floor space, and direct access to the back deck. Ideal for stepping out with your morning coffee or winding down in the evening. This room also includes a private ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet.



Baths and Laundry: The primary bathroom is accessible directly from the main bedroom and includes a walk-in shower and vanity. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway near the other bedrooms. It features a tub, double vanity, and stools. Perfect for sitting down during a makeup sesh.



The laundry area sits just off the kitchen, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Access is through a door directly connected to the kitchen cabinetry wall.



Outdoor Lounging Space: Step outside to your own private treehouse escape. The elevated deck is nestled under a canopy of oaks and outfitted with not one, but two full-size grills. There’s a dining set for al fresco meals, string lights overhead for that warm glow, and even a built-in bench tucked into the corner for quiet morning coffee or late-night chats.



Just a few steps down, the fenced backyard opens up to a space that’s equal parts playful and peaceful. Adirondack chairs circle a firepit. And yes, there are swings hanging from the trees, because you`re never too old for a little swing therapy.
