This designer-owned 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat has front row seats in the 3km absolute beachfront line up of luxury living along iconic Marine Parade, Mount Maunganui.
Given the home's prime position, the uninterrupted 180 degree views of the white sand beach and sparkling blue sea, shouldn't surprise you. Yet, it does, every time.
When you arrive and let yourself in, don't worry about which room you're in, or what the wifi code is; just make a beeline for the stairs, get to the top and turn right. Then, you'll see what we mean.
As fabulous as the sea views are, it's more than that. You're seeing the view at the same time as you're seeing the space; the impressive expanse of sunlit open plan living and dining right through to the large outdoor balcony, the wall-to-wall windows and bi-folds in combination with the over height curved ceilings and luxury interior design really packs a punch - you won' be disappointed.
This home offers luxury, comfort, and location in perfect balance. Just steps from the beach, the home features expansive open-plan living, premium furnishings, designer lighting, and a sun-soaked balcony with panoramic ocean views. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys its own balcony, flat screen tv and a walk-through wardrobe allowing private access to one large full bathroom.
