This designer-owned 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat on iconic Marine Parade offers luxury, comfort, and location in perfect balance. Just steps from the beach, the home features expansive open-plan living, premium furnishings, designer lighting, and a sun-soaked balcony with panoramic ocean views. The master enjoys its own balcony, walk-through wardrobe, and semi-private access to a full bathroom. Three spacious bedrooms & a flexible single or private workspace complete the home beautifully.

There is no parking permitted on the property itself, however, this doesn`t present any inconvenience as there is free road side parking for 2 vehicles, nose to tail, less than 10 steps from the home, which is practically the same as onsite parking. Because these 2 spaces span the property`s driveway, they will always remain free and available for guest use, even in the height of summer, when all the beachside parks are taken. The rest of the year there is ample free roadside parking within 20m of the home
1. Guests must take responsibility for the correct sorting and disposal of rubbish, and for getting bins out on the curb before 7a.m. collection day. All necessary info will be found in the in-house guest manual - we appreciate your help!
2. BBQ cleaning time isn`t factored into your cleaning fee, so please clean the BBQ thoroughly for the next guests on your departure
3. If you’d like to have a couple of visitors, that’s usually fine, but please don`t exceed approved guest numbers for extended times and definitely not overnight - thank you.
4. Please ensure you`ve vacated the property by 10 a.m. This includes the driveway and car parking spaces, simply because our team are `on the clock` from 10 and parking can be a real challenge, especially in peak season - we appreciate it!
