Tina and Thunder welcome you to a clean home at Vancouver, the home has 2 full bath, 1 kitchen(No stove), 1 living room/office, 1 bed room.

This ground floor (Not basement) guest suite sleeps up to 4 adults with full privacy:
- Guests have the full 1st floor access, no other tenants and guests
- 2 guests can sleep in a queen bed of the bedroom, can use bath room1, with locked door of course
- The double sofa bed was moved to kitchen so other 2 guests can have locked door and use their own bath room2
The space
- Fully furnished suite with new furnishings in a 2018 quite new house
- Washer and dryer available for free use (10am-10pm only)
- One Portable Fan available, Portable ACs for Living room and Kitchen available upon request (Need installation so not in rooms normally)
- HRV (Fresh air system) is available so NO need to open windows
- Towels, toilet paper, face tissue, body soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap will be provided
- Additional bedding and sheets available upon request
- Security cameras around exterior of the property
- Bedroom is locked from the Garage, Kitchen is locked from a storage room from the host
- Stove/Oven was removed/disconnect to follow Vancouver bylaws
- Walking distance 1.2KM to Nanaimo station Skytrain (cross Gladstone Secondary school)
- 150M to Bus station, with bus 019 to StanleyPark/Downtown/Metrotown and bus 025 to UBC/Brentwood
- Famous foods 350M, T&T Or 88 Supermarket 750M
- Short distance to downtown center 6KM, Metrotown 6KM, YVR airport 13KM
Guest access
- You will have private, separate entry from rear of the building towards East.
- Free street parking Or Free on-site parking in front of the building.
- Self check-in with smart lock code
- Backyard can be used, but will be shared with hosts
- Free airport pick-up/drop-off may be available for long term guests, please ask in advance
Other things to note
- No parties!
- No pets!
- No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the house!
- No unauthorized personnel!
- No drugs or excess alcohol!
- Quiet time 10PM-10AM; Noise complains will be taken seriously!
- No Shoes inside the home, leave them on the door mat or shoes rack
