Five minute drive to the beach and boardwalk.. less than 2 miles away! 3 bed, 2.5 bath well appointed, dog friendly townhome in beautiful Bethany Breeze! Short walk to the pool, tennis, pickleball and cornhole!



Enjoy a well stocked kitchen, coffee bar with Keurig, regular coffee maker and breakfast bar. Open concept living and dining area with a half bath on the first floor. Living room has a pullout queen bed. Smart TV in living room with Sling (no cable) and of course WiFi. Stream all your favorite shows! French doors open from living area to the sunroom with another full pullout couch and smart TV for streaming.



Upstairs is the primary bedroom with full en-suite bath and large soaking tub, two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. Full size laundry area. All 3 beds upstairs are queens. Blankets and pillows provided for each bed. Extra pillows and blankets available for pull out couches in upstairs closet. All mattresses have waterproof mattress covers.



The home is inspected and professionally cleaned after each rental. Please bring your own sheets, towels and hand towels. If you prefer to rent linens, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They will deliver and pick up.



The beach chairs and beach buggy are in the closet. Out back is a nice size deck to enjoy the sun and your favorite beverage or home cooked meal! Out front is a hose to rinse off your toes after the beach. Reserved numbered parking for one car and open parking additional cars.



Dog friendly! Bring your favorite pup with you on your vacation and enjoy walking them around the friendly neighborhood! We’ve provided one kennel in the house for your convenience. *Dog fee is $200 per dog (billed after you book). Dogs only…no cats please.



All of the local beaches are free. Parking is via credit card or the Park Mobile App. State beaches (Fenwick etc.) charge per car for the day.



In addition to the amenities provided, we also include a bunch of activities you can enjoy as part of your stay (valued over $300 per day). You will receive one free pass to 8 different activities, per day, per home from Xplore (passes do not accumulate). These activities include:
