•There is only 1 garage space at the property for guests (the other is used for the neighbour).
• Part of the backyard is shared but only for the neighbour to access their property upstairs if they are parking in the garage (otherwise they always enter from the front of the house. Don’t worry its not intrusive…as people try not to drive in Manly…that’s the point of living here!)
• Security Cameras are located at the exterior front and rear of the property, mainly used for lighting more than footage. The owner has advised that she will be turning these off.
• This property is not suitable for very small or young children as you access the property via stone steps surrounding the pond.
• Outdoor seating area has covers, please place ontop when not in use to keep the furniture dry & dust free.
• The pond is maintained - maintenance/gardener will visit fortnightly & will check on fish health every 2 - 3 days. They will access via the garage & will not disturb the guests.
