• Original double hung windows (no screens) allowing plenty of fresh air.

• No airconditioning, but currently installing ceiling fans in each bedroom (20/05/2025).

• A short steep hill to walk up to the unit from Manly.

• Outdoor paths around the building are uneven in parts.

• Laundry is located in the rear stairwell just outside the back kitchen door (not shared - sole use of unit 4).

• There is working free to air for all channels, just no satellite/ cable TV like Foxtel.
