Welcome to Tea Tree Court – the ultimate Inverloch getaway just a short stroll to the surf beach. Designed for families and groups, this spacious 6 bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests (10 adults max) and blends coastal style with modern comfort.

The Space

Step inside to an open-plan layout with two exceptionally large living areas, perfect for gathering together or spreading out to relax. The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining easy, while sliding doors open out to your private heated pool – the star of the home.

The pool is kept at a toasty 30°C with an electric heater from October through May (temperature may vary with weather), so you can enjoy a dip long after beach days end.

Location

Set in a peaceful court, you’ll love being just a short walk (approx. 10 minutes) to Inverloch Surf Beach, perfect for swimming, surfing or long beach walks. The town centre is also close by, offering cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops for when you’re ready to explore.



This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. 

On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies, No Hens or Bucks parties, no young groups. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.

Security deposit is a pre-authorisation on a credit card for $400, released up to 7 after departure & after property inspection.
