The Space:
Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of Little Mountain, this spacious modern single-level home sits proudly on half an acre. Families and their four-legged friends will love the enormous grassy backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and plenty of seating to soak up the sun. Children will be entertained for hours with a swing set, netted trampoline, and play gym, while parents can unwind in the luxurious undercover outdoor space featuring a dining table for six, a built-in kitchenette with BBQ, and a cosy outdoor fireplace for evenings under the stars.
Step inside to discover a beautifully designed home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate living areas, and a spacious open-plan office nook. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gas stove and oven, butler’s pantry with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and generous bench space overlooking the outdoor area. A breakfast bar with seating for five makes family mealtimes a breeze. Within approximately 3minutes drive from the home, you'll find Caloundra Road, offering easy access to all directions on the Sunshine Coast.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
