The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate seaside escape! Where comfort, space, and convenience come together effortlessly. Accommodating up to 8 guests, this charming two-level home is designed for relaxed coastal living. Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming second living area with a cosy sofa, smart TV and air-conditioning unit that looks out over the pool, along with a convenient kitchenette featuring a sink and mini fridge, perfect for poolside snacks or evening drinks. Large glass sliding doors open to the outdoor entertaining area, where a resort-style pool is framed by lush tropical gardens, creating a private paradise. This level also includes three generously sized bedrooms (Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4), a functional study for work or reading, and a full bathroom.
Upstairs, the heart of the home offers a bright and airy open-plan layout with a modern kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable lounge with another smart TV, perfect for gathering and unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen boasts ample bench space and everything you need for preparing meals, while the dining table seats 8. Step out onto the expansive upper deck, complete with an inviting outdoor lounge setting and views of the trees and sparkling pool below. Also on this level is the tranquil main bedroom, with a newly renovated ensuite, as well as a laundry for added convenience. Park your car in the garage and walk everywhere! You’re only a 4 minute walk to the beach, next to the coastal walking tracks and just minutes from playgrounds and local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere! The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 700m away (4-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 650m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*Please note the fireplace in the home is not in working order.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand.
