Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify that several points in this review do not accurately reflect the property or the information provided in our listing. Our home is approximately 800 square metres, and about 400 square metres are designated for guest use. The listing clearly explains that the owners also live on the property, so this was not undisclosed or misleading. The guest area is located on the right side of the main floor and includes four separate doors/areas: a living room, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, and a private suite containing two standard bedrooms, a sitting area, a small kitchen/dining area, and bathroom facilities. We also clearly state that guests may use the main kitchen shared with the hosts if the smaller kitchen area is not sufficient for their needs. We also disagree with the comments regarding cleanliness and odour. We maintain the home to a very high standard, and the overwhelming majority of our guests have rated the cleanliness of the property at a five-star level. Likewise, the statement that two of the beds were excessively squeaky does not correspond with our experience, as the beds and mattresses are of good quality and are regularly inspected. Regarding the bathroom facilities, the accommodation provides one shower and two toilets. This arrangement is disclosed in advance and is suitable for the type of reservation we accept, as the property is rented to one family or group at a time. We respect every guest’s right to provide feedback, and constructive comments are always helpful to us. At the same time, we encourage guests to carefully review the listing description and house arrangements before booking so that their expectations match the accommodation being offered. Objective and accurate feedback helps hosts improve their properties and also helps future guests make better-informed booking decisions.
