Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 600 metres from town, (5 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A three-level lakeside townhouse at The Lodges, with a private master suite upstairs and uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables from the open-plan living area.

The layout flows from carport, then entry, then bathroom, then living/kitchen on main level.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, with lake and Mountain view.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have standing showers; Bathroom downstairs has the toilet separated.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, oven, stovetop, extractor fan, dishwasher and, microwave.

Balcony: Balcony with table and four chairs.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Single Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Nearby: The town centre is just 600 metres from the property, where you will find Alpine supermarket or Fresh choice on Gorge Rd which is slightly further.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Yes – multiple internal staircases

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250L), so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 5 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.
