**Additional Information**

* Daily housekeeping, cook, gardener, and pool services are included.
* For groups over 8 guests, an additional fee of **R$550/day** applies for an extra housekeeper and kitchen assistant.
* A refundable **security deposit equal to one night’s stay** is required and returned within 24 hours after check-out, provided no damages occur.
* Pets are welcome with prior approval.
* The village of Caraíva is accessible **only by boat**; a private crossing is included.
* As the villa faces the river and pool, young children must be supervised at all times.
