Welcome to your serene Lake Tahoe retreat! Nestled in the wooded hills of Kings Beach, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath mountain home offers the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and convenience. With vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, cozy living spaces, and easy access to outdoor adventure, it’s the ideal year-round getaway for families or friends! It backs to public forest land with hiking trailhead next door plus close to Lake Tahoe’s best sandy beach!

***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.

If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ****

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protects our home from guest damages.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

PLEASE NOTE: This home does not have Air Conditioning. This is common for most Tahoe homes. There are portable fans in each guest room. Outdoor furniture may not be available in winter months.

Parking: There is room for three cars in the driveway. The driveway is at an incline, so we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle in the winter season.
No street parking from Nov 1 - April 30. If you violate this rule your car will be subject to towing or fines.

TVs are Roku, please use your own logins.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
