Outside enjoy a heated pool, outdoor sauna & shower, vast deck for relaxing, Springfree trampoline and even a basketball court for some fun. Gather around the stone fireplace after a day on the slopes, or bask in the warmth of the outdoor firepit as the sun sets over the west peak of Mt Bogong.
With a farmhouse kitchen, 10-seater dining table, and dedicated study, The Alpine House is perfect for long stays, family gatherings, or a group workcation. Whether you’re planning a cozy winter stay or a sunny summer break, this place has got you covered. Designed with outdoor adventurers in mind, the home also includes a mudroom and gear drying area, making ski and bike storage a breeze. Outside, you'll find a private sanctuary made for both play and rest.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms and an external security camera.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 9 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of any rules may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
