Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed

*A sofa bed is available in the loungeroom upon request.



KITCHEN/DINING:

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine available. A 2 burner stovetop and small oven is available for cooking.

Dining seating for 4 people.



LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT

Enough seating for 4 guests and a smart TV. Wifi is available but please note it is a Wifi Dongle set up and can be intermittent given the area.



BATHROOMS:

Bathroom features a walk in shower, toilet vanity and a spa bath.



OUTDOORS:

This unit is attached to a main house, please note that when you book this unit you will have exclusive access to the backyard and outdoor areas (excluding the paddocks). The main house will not be occupied when guests are staying therefore giving you privacy, peace & quiet.

Please do not enter any paddocks and keep to the immediate surrounding outdoor area.PET POLICY Bellhaven Farm is a pet friendly property but please keep in mind the outdoors is not securely fenced, there are also cows present in the paddocks. Please consider this before bringing your pets along.
