This house is well-furnished and has a lot of amenities, especially with the hot tub, pool, cabana, etc. Our only problem was getting into the house…we were sent the wrong key code and had to contact the booking company where we were given another wrong code. Luckily, they were able to contact the owner who came over and let us in. The kitchen was well-stocked, but could have used more kitchen towels (there was only one), and there were no instructions for using the ovens. It was impossible to use both ovens at once without triggering the circuit breaker. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay and had plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out.

Very nice house with amenities

There were 7 of us seniors who rented this house for three days, and it worked out great. Besides the amenities of the pool, hot tub, cabana, volleyball court (which we didn’t use), there is a cute little playhouse that would be great for children. There is also a large barbecue and patio table. The kitchen is well-stocked, except there was only one kitchen towel, and we couldn’t use both ovens at once because the breaker would go off. The kitchen appliances are very nice. The living room is large and comfortable with a big TV, and there is also a little sitting room next to the front entrance. The location is good for taking a neighborhood walk. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs (no hand rail on the stairs), and three bedrooms with two bathrooms on the main floor. Our only complaint was that our key code did not work to get into the house when we arrived. I called Evolve and the agent was very helpful and gave us another code, which did not work. He was able to contact the owner who came over and gave us the correct code (the back slider was unlocked and we were able to get in that way as well). Unfortunately, the person listed as the contact person (the cleaning lady) did not answer her phone, and her message box was full. Other than that initial frustration, everything went well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Avoid this property.Our stay was filled with problems from start to finish. Basic amenities didn’t work (all TVs were broken, fridge water/ice dispenser didn’t work), and parts of the home were poorly maintained (towel rack fell off the wall, bedroom drapes wouldn’t close).There were also serious safety concerns. The hot tub stairs were unstable and dangerous, and the hot tub itself was not properly functioning due to a missing filter cover.The listing was misleading about the pool—advertised as year-round, but it was freezing on arrival, and we were only then told it would cost an extra 100/night to heat.Worst of all, one of the beds had bed bugs. My daughter left with dozens of bites, which is completely unacceptable.The owner was unresponsive and offered minimal compensation that did not reflect the severity of these issues.This property is not as advertised, not properly maintained, and not worth the risk.

We've also resolved the maintenance items mentioned, including repairing the towel rack, updating the drapes, and inspecting all TVs and appliances to ensure they are working properly. Regarding the amenities, the hot tub filter cover and stairs have been fixed, and our listing clearly outlines the option for supplemental pool heating.
