The second cottage offers a cozy first-floor bedroom with a full-sized bed, a full bathroom with a tub, and a convenient washer and dryer. Its open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room create the perfect gathering space, while upstairs a spacious loft with two queen beds provides additional sleeping arrangements.

Outdoors, a lovely sitting area is ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing with a good book. With dedicated parking for both cottages, shared overflow parking, and a nearby town landing that makes it easy to launch kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards, the property is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. After a day of adventures, guests can rinse off in the refreshing outdoor showers before heading out to explore the Cape’s many local restaurants. Together, the two cottages comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making this private compound the perfect setting for multi-family gatherings, reunions, or group vacations.

There is a two-night minimum stay with an additional cleaning fee but weekly reservations of 7 nights or longer include the cleaning fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.
