The house offers 3 queen bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, open plan living/kitchen, separate office/reading/relaxing space, laundry facilities and large enclosed patio type area.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics and also offers dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, gas hob, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich maker, nutribullet and more.
The outdoor bath has gas hot water and is a hop skip and a jump from the house.
For the fishing enthusiasts, there is a fish filleting table and plenty of boat parking at the doorstep. The sizeable laundry room is lockable for keeping the precious cargo of rods and dive gear safe if necessary. There is also a bait/fish freezer for storing that big catch our local waters, we hope, will provide you!

For bookings of 4 people or less only 2 bedrooms will be made available to you. If you require all 3 bedrooms please let us know. There will be a $35.00 cleaning/linen fee for use of this room.
All dogs must be sheep friendly as there is often stock in the paddock adjacent to the house.
Although the section is fenced there are areas smaller dogs can get out through due to the spacings of the palings.
There is no interior dining table. There are 3 stools at the breakfast bar and barbeque table/chairs on the back deck.
There are 4 outdoor cameras that are focused on the perimeter of the property only.
