Inside, the cottage features three cozy bedrooms, including 2 custom bunk rooms with custom built-in beds—ideal for kids or extra guests. Three full baths provide plenty of options for everyone. The sunny living opens to a spacious deck with fire table and lake views. The covered lower level deck is perfect for lounging and enjoying the tranquility of this remote location.

One of the most unique features of the home is the creatively repurposed garage, now transformed into a kitchenette with plenty of space for gathering and a roll up door that opens to the picturesque location. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL KITCHEN AREA.

Once outside, you'll find plenty of green space, a gas grill, a fire pit for evening s'mores, and space to store your beach gear after a day by the water. Whether you're spending lazy mornings by the shore or grilling under the stars, this cottage offers a relaxed and stylish home base just moments from the lake.

This cottage is located right on the Lake Michigan shoreline and features over 100 feet of sandy beach. Just a 20 minute drive from both South Haven and Saugatuck/Douglas, you will find endless options for farm to table dining, wineries, breweries, shopping and entertainment. Downtown Fennville is just a 15 minute drive and has amazing dining options and you pass several wineries as well as Crains Apple Orchard on the way. These artsy creative enclaves provide the perfect compliment to your beach vacation. PARKING
There is space for four vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
