This spacious mountain retreat offers comfort, convenience, and the perfect base to explore the scenic beauty of Lake Lure and its surrounding attractions. With a driveway that easily fits 4 to 6 vehicles, there’s plenty of room for family and friends to arrive and relax.

Step inside to a warm and inviting open-concept living area, where the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen flow seamlessly together—perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying quality time. From the dining area, step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck, complete with both a gas and charcoal grill—ideal for cookouts after a day on the lake or exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.

On the main level, the spacious primary bedroom features a TV, an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and private deck access through sliding glass doors. Across the hall, a cozy queen guest bedroom with a TV also offers direct access to the deck, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee with a view. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the main level.

Downstairs, you’ll find a fun and functional space perfect for families or groups. A queen-size bunk bed room and a twin bedroom—each with a TV—share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower and combined laundry area. The lower level also includes garage access, where you’ll find a pool table and an extra refrigerator, along with parking space for one car.

Adventure lovers can kayak, zipline, or take a scenic boat tour, while movie fans will love seeing filming locations from the classic Dirty Dancing, shot right here in Lake Lure.

Conveniently located, this home is just 6.5 miles from the Beach at Lake Lure, 7.9 miles from Chimney Rock State Park, and only 18.2 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC). You'll also be just 15 minutes from the quaint village of Bat Cave, 35 minutes from charming downtown Hendersonville, 50 minutes from vibrant Asheville, and about 2 hours from Charlotte, NC—making it a perfect home base for both local adventures and day trips.
