Enter a bright and open main living area. Straight ahead are the steps to the second floor, to the right is the living room, to the left is the dining room. The bright living room with comfortable seating, decorative fireplace and flat screen TV with basic cable (stream additional content with your own accounts) is an ideal spot for conversation, board games or a good book.

The dining room has a table with seating for six, a ceiling fan and a slider to the deck. The nicely equipped kitchen, just off the dining room has a solid surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffeemakers and toaster.

One of the home's three bedrooms is on the first floor. This bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this floor.

At the top of the steps to the left on the second floor is a loft reading nook with futon, open to the dining room below. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and one with a full (double) bed and a twin bed. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Window air conditioners in the living room, first floor bedroom, both second floor bedrooms and second floor open loft.

Washer and dryer in the basement.

The side deck is accessed via a slider from the dining room. The deck has a picnic table, a Weber gas grill and an unenclosed outdoor shower--perfect for rinsing off the sand after a glorious day at the beach. NEW FOR 2026: Bring your s'mores for the firepit!

The property is a short drive to all the best of Truro including three fantastic beaches, live music, golf, wine and much more:

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
