Stroll to the sand in under a minute, then come home to open‑plan living, a private courtyard with BBQ, and all the comforts you need for a stress‑free stay.

Whether you’re planning beach days with the kids, a cosy couples’ break by the bay or a base for exploring the South West, 98 Steps to the Beach is a comfortable spot to slow down and make some easy holiday memories.





Three days before arrival, you’ll receive full check‑in details including the exact address, parking information and door code. Guests have use of the shared resort facilities, including the swimming pools and gym, which are open from 6am to 6pm. For any questions before or during your stay, DownSouth Holiday Homes is available to help.





Linen is included in your stay. Leavers bookings are not accepted and parties, pets and smoking are not permitted, in line with resort rules. Swimming pools and BBQ areas are shared with other resort guests, so please follow the posted guidelines and quiet hours. Porta cots and highchairs are not supplied, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Please note that the outdoor pool at Cape View Resort will be temporarily closed for maintenance from 28 April 2026 through to 25 September 2026.

All other resort facilities remain available for guest use during this time. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
