Modern industrial design meets Scandinavian-inspired styling in this architect-designed barnhouse, set on the edge of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course. Inside, the main living area invites you to sink into a sculptural curved sofa facing a large TV, while just nearby, an elegant seating nook with velvet armchairs offers a peaceful corner for morning coffee.

The sleek kitchen features matte black cabinetry, a stone island, gas cooktop, premium appliances and a Nespresso machine—perfect for everything from lazy breakfasts to celebratory dinners. Just beyond, a timber dining table seats eight beneath striking pendant lights, making every meal feel special.

This home features four bedrooms spread across two levels. Upstairs, the loft-style primary suite offers elevated privacy with a king bed, chic seating, an ensuite, and tranquil treetop views. Downstairs, the second bedroom includes a king bed, the third offers a queen, and the fourth is fitted with a single-over-double bunk—ideal for kids or friends. These rooms share two stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers, including one with a freestanding tub for relaxing soaks. A full laundry with a washer, dryer and generous bench space adds convenience for longer stays.

Outside, the private deck unfolds into a beautifully landscaped outdoor haven, complete with a sparkling pool, electric BBQ, dining table and garden seating—all perfectly positioned to soak in serene views of the golf course. As the sun dips low, gather around the fire pit with a glass of wine and soak up the golden hour glow.

A dedicated workspace tucked under the staircase allows for quiet productivity. Central air conditioning and heating throughout, along with split-system air conditioning in the minor bedrooms, ensure comfort year-round. A highchair and travel cot are included for easy family stays. On-site parking is available for two vehicles across the garage and driveway.
